The agreement between you and ABM Copilot.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the ABM Copilot website and application (the Service), operated by {{LEGAL ENTITY NAME}} (we, us). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
ABM Copilot connects to platforms you already use — your advertising accounts, your CRM, your website and, if you choose, your mailbox — to identify the companies engaging with you, score their intent, and tie that to revenue.
We may change, add or remove features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.
You decide which third-party accounts to connect, and you confirm you are entitled to connect them. We access only the data needed for the features you use, through each platform's official API and the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time, and your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms.
If you connect a mailbox, messages are sent from your own address, through your own email provider, and count against that provider's limits. Our own sending limits sit deliberately below theirs to protect your domain's reputation.
When using this feature you agree that you will:
You are the sender of every message. We may suspend sending where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached, or where continued sending would put other customers, our providers, or your own domain at risk.
You may not:
Parts of the Service rely on third-party platforms and data providers. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third-party data, nor the continued availability of any third-party API. Where a provider changes or withdraws access, we will adapt the Service where reasonably possible.
The Service, its software, design and content are ours or our licensors'. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription and nothing more. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control may interrupt it. Any service level commitments apply only where separately agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial or compliance advice. You are responsible for decisions you take based on it.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to {{LIABILITY CAP — e.g. the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim}}.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, and the courts of {{JURISDICTION}} have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting proceedings, please contact us at support@abmcopilot.com so we can try to resolve it.
These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us. If a clause is held unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger or sale.
